Overview

Development of an MVP focused on managing, tracking, and scaling transactions for betting platforms. The tool acts as a central hub that unifies data from the game provider with multiple payment providers, enabling betting platforms to manage high-volume operations through a single interface.

High level goals

• Create an interface that centralizes dispersed data into a single, immediate view;
• Track the full lifecycle of pay-ins and pay-outs;
• Enable auditing of any payment with concrete technical evidence;
• Design for high information density without sacrificing clarity.

The problem

The betting industry operates with massive transactional volumes and demands immediate speed, yet operations suffered from data fragmentation. There was no unified view connecting the core gaming system to various payment providers, creating significant operational blind spots.

Operational context

• Operations spread across multiple payment providers without a centralized view;
• Poor traceability regarding the end-to-end cycle of receipts and transfers;
• Fault diagnosis heavily dependent on technical teams;
• Difficulty identifying and isolating conversion drops by specific providers.

Opportunity

Transforming scattered data into operational intelligence. By centralizing the financial flow, the goal was to empower betting platforms to identify banking failures and audit transactions in real-time, ensuring that high volume wouldn't compromise business health.

The solution

Creating a tool that transforms fragmented data into immediate operational insights, without relying on technical teams.

Strategic dashboard for tracking balances and conversion rates per provider;
• Transaction history with full visibility over financial movements;
Audit module to validate requests and responses for every transaction.

Retrospect

Designing for an unfamiliar segment requires learning about the market before making any UI decisions. Understanding the vocabulary and operational logic of the betting industry was essential to translating complex data into a functional product.

The greatest challenge was transforming dense data volumes into a legible interface without losing technical depth. Seeing the platform run continuously for 3 years, serving 12 betting houses and processing billions monthly, is the best validation that the approach worked.
